I am in the process of updating my HDS 5 GPS plotter.

Cannot believe the signatures on the terms and conditions.

If you search Lowrance software downloads.

You will notice a choice to read either

CLICK Third Party Licences

Scroll right to the end and look at the signatures.

Looks OK to me. That last section is "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Libraries" and comes after "END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS."

In other words, it's an example of what you'd include in your own documentation if you were developing your own software per the terms and conditions. Obviously the names are bogus since it's just an example.
