Link 2000 reading higher amp usage than being used

Link 2000 reading 10 amps higher than it should!
Checked with amp clamp to confirm.
Any ideas?
Bad ground etc?

How old is it? They don't last forever. Was current ever close to the shunt's max rating?

Of course connections first thing to check.

And find out how to get it re-calibrated?

These current shunts depend on being a calibrated resistance, and that resistance is very low. The ammeter measures the voltage drop across the shunt. Your connections to it need to be extremely good (low resistance) otherwise it can over-read the current.
