I have an older Link 2000 which has worked fine for many years. Recently it began to show an E10 error message (lost power) which resets to the normal display when any button is pressed. Then sometime in the future, maybe hours, it will trigger the E10 message again. This happens with
shore power plugged in and when at
anchor, but not when
charging with the
engine running. There does not appear to be a break in the
power wire. The E10 message also shows up when the voltage falls below the minimum acceptable level (which I can't seem to find a reference to) but I wouldnt have thought this would happen with
shore power?
If anyone has experienced this or have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Xantrex were not very helpful when I called them .
Thanks
