Iridium Go Mail and Web - Problem sending mail?

Hi!
We have just started our circum navigation from Stockholm/Sweden and have some different issues to solve as we go. One problem is the Iridium Go Mail and Web App. I have created a free mail account at Iridium, but my testmails does not send. Also the button in the Iridium Mail app only say Get Mail. The Iridium Mail App is the Latest and greatest version on iOS version 11.3. My subscription plan for Iridium Go is Unlimited data.

• I only have to be patient and try several times?
• The software is not compatible with each other?
• There is something with my settings?
• There is something with my Iridium account?

Is your app device connected to the correct SSID for the “go” device ? If you have an on board WiFi for instrument data is the “go” setup correctly to connect to that network or is it set to generate its own SSID.
Looks to me from the dialogue that the app is using a default up address rather than the correct one cos it fails to connect so the app never gets to communicate with the “go” device.

Hi and Thanks for fast reply!
I named the SSID for the Iridium Go to something we know, so the Wi-fi connection from iPhone is to that network. Also I enabled encrypted wi-fi on Iridium to WPA 2 so we have to login to that network. Did I failed on something else?
