Ipad Air2 has a barometer?

Hi,
I was looking at the new iPad air 2 and noticed it has a barometer. This would be great for offshore sailing. Does anyone have an app to allow recording of the barometer? Does anyone have real world experience with the barometer in the Air2?

InavX supports the barometer in the new Ipads and Iphone6. It has a graph of the air pressure. Nice feature if you also use the ipad with inavx for navigation.

Barograph is a free app that shows a graph of the air pressure measured via the sensor.

I think the barometer is only a derivative function of the GPS of the iPad.

I noticed that on my boat during a long leg. Given the GPS gives you actual height... then its simple to get the calculation done to equate it to pressure.

I just turned the feature on in INavX and it shows the pressure and also a graph is accessible showing trending. It is in millibars, not inches, and I haven't found where I can change the units on it. Have just had this new Air 2 a couple of weeks and didn't know it had this feature.
