ICOM801 to PactorIIUSB Remote connection ?

I am trying to build my own cable to connect the Remote connection (13pin plug) from a PactorIIUSB to an ICOM 801 (9pin D plug)

Can anyone provide or point me to the mapping for the pin connections.

Is the pinout not in the SCS documentation? The Icom end is documented in the manual, at least for the M802.
