How do you export just ONE track from a B&G Zeus3

I have a B&H Zeus3 which I am usually quite happy with.
I would like to export just one track I have from quite a collection of routes, tracks, and waypoints. The only thing I have figured out is how to export my entire collection of all. Is there a way to selectively export only one item? I know I could delete the entire collection, save the one, and export it. That's not the solution I am looking for.

Well I'm going to answer my own question.
After some research and discussion with Navico, there is no way in the chartplotter to export a single element such as a route, track or waypoint.
For me, what was easiest was this:
Export the .usr file and get the file on a real computer
Convert the .usr file to a .gpx file
Use a text editor to find the route by searching for the name I gave to it on the chartplotter
Delete everything but the track and the file header in XML format.
Save as a new file and test
It worked for me.
I used BBEdit and collapsed the data to level 2 which made the process much easier.
