Help for IC-M802 tuner connector and terminals

Hi to everyone...

I'm Mimmo (callsign IU8KMS).

Few days ago i bought an IC-M802, that i'll like to couple with a stockcorner JC-4s tuner.

I'm missing the connector that goes into the tuner plug M802 side.

It is the connector XMP-06V made by JST. Terminals are BXA-001T-P0.6 also made by JST.

Any help to find some connectors and terminals ?

A quick Google search finds them available worldwide...
First one on the list was from Poland. And cost was about half of a Euro...

But, you might find them in Italy as well....I suggest a Google search.


By the way, Icom has been using a standard 4-pin Molex connector for > 25 years on both ham and marine HF radios, but unfortunately some odd EU rules for GMDSS required a "locking" connector (Icom did make a M-801GMDSS model, and I think wanted to make the M-802 compliant as well), so they changed and used this flimsy locking connector...
