Question GX2150 VHF European Conformity {CE rating}

This question is probably for those with European registered boats, but I'll take any help from the google-literate! I've tried to search, but...

Specifically: Is the Standard Horizon GX2150 now available with a CE rating? Has anyone read about that? {CE means European Compliant. For electronics, think of it as equal to the FCC approval there in the USA.}

Situation: To re-register a vessel in Europe (Austria in my case) we now need a 25W main VHF radio that's CE compliant. My old Icom IC-M55 apparently doesn't fit the bill. So... As long as I need to buy a new radio I thought I'd get one with integrated AIS.

But, as yet, the GX2150 - which adds baud rate options not found with the GX2100 - isn't available in Europe. And while yes, I could buy the GX2100E (CE rated), but why do that when it's already passe?

(And no, the GX2100 or many other of the VHF radios you might buy at West Marine - for example - aren't CE rated. Usable overseas? Sure - but not installed as the main VHF for European-registered boats.)

Anyone out there with the sort of esoteric knowledge who might shed a bit of light on this? Thanks!

... Just swinging on the hook here in Pago Pago...

The gx2150 is not CE approved. So that's that.

Ps do what everyone else does just put another radio down on the ships station license. Nobody checks nobody cares.
