Garmin Wired GWind

I have a new wired Garmin Gwind through a GND10 to a Garmin 8612xsv chartplotter that I bought in November 2019. It has been intermittently working for about 4 months. We are currently in the Bahamas heading back to the US. The boat has not been near any lightening strikes. I have checked and cleaned all terminals and connections - on the mast, at the GND10, and I to the chart plotter. On the GND10 The NMEA 2000 is blinking green and the Nexus is not blinking. I have also checked the voltage coming into the GND10 and into the chartplotter. Does anyone have any other troubleshooting ideas to get this up and running ??
