Garmin GPS128
My brother has cleaned out his equipment locker and given me an old Garmin GPS128- old but unused and still in its original packaging. It works fine. Has anyone connected one of these to a laptop chartplotter? If yes, can you help with connection details and a software package.
I've got the connector and adaptor that Garmin recommended, but they can't tell me which wire goes where or name software.
I'm not going to replace my modern GPS with this gadget, but would like to get it going, if possible, just for the fun of it.
