Garmin AP Reactor 40: CCU lost communication with the ECU12

Hardware:
- Garmin Reactor™ 40 Autopilot Universal-Corepack ECU 12 GHP

Since the initial Installation we have had huge Problems with the Garmin Reactor 40 Autopilot.
The autopilot cannot be calibrated. Dockside and Sea Trial Wizards
- Dockside Wizards -> okay
- Sea Trial Wizards:
-> 1.5 Circle okay, Compass Calibration 67%
-> Zig Zag fail! Error Message appears
As soon as Pressure is applied to the Hydraulic Pump, the Autopilot loses control.
Error Message appears.
<The autopilot CCU has lost the connection with the ECU. Autopilot is in standby mode>

The first ECU was replaced by support, then I had to order a new ECU/CCU set and the problem is the same
Everything has been changed, ECU+CCU+all cables! Connectors protect with Wetprotect.
The autopilot pump is connected to the drive output with 12mm2 (4m).
The NMEA2000 is all new!

But it's the same problems again:

As soon as you activate the automatic Settings, the familiar error Message appears. (Zig Zag)
<The autopilot CCU has lost the connection with the ECU. Autopilot is in standby mode>

Now we have the Standards again:
Gain: 40%
Counter Gain: 74%
Acceleration Limiter: 62&

What absolutely disappoints me is that the Garmin Autopilot is not self-teaching. (B&G, NKE, Furuno are all this)
Did anyone find the Error?

Re: Garmin AP Reactor 40: CCU lost communication with the ECU12

All cables and CCU/ECU replaced and the problem remained.

Thanks to Garmin Support, I received a note about the distance between the ECU and the hydraulic pump.

My Hydraulic Pump is in the Engine Compartment, the ECU in the Deckhouse.
I took this seriously and invested two days of work to install the CCU and ECU in the engine compartment closed 1 m to the Pump.

20sm with sail and engine worked fine. (Reaction 0)
Unfortunately there was no flat sea, so the calibration will have to wait.

I don't understand the logic, other Suppliers have a 6mm2 Connection for the Drive Output and Garmin 2.5mm2 with 1 Metre and this causes Problems for many Yacht Owners.
