Garmin 740s or 741xs Radar Combo?

Dear all

I plan to outfit our stell yacht with some new electronics. Now I am not sure if I should take the 740s or 741xs? Is it worth to spend 700$ more for the 741xs combo? The same question is about the instrument GMI20 or GMI10? Is it worth to take the 20? In the past I have found also GMI10 bundles with 3 displaies and the temp/wind sensor. Does somebody still know where to buy them?
