Interesting.

In 1967, an electrical malfunction on one of the planes on the USS Forrestal caused a missile to fire which ended up causing a huge fire. Some have speculated that the electrical malfunction was due to RF radiation nearby. However it was later determined that EMI was not the cause.

During the first Persian Gulf war, stray RF caused a fuel dump to go up in flames. I remember that well, I was there at the time. Near the fuel dump was a high powered radio station that was communicating with the states.
