Experiences (pro and don) with Bethel-Marine?

Not sure if this is the "right" forum but here goes.

We're getting ready to invest a good sized chunk of cash in the next few (very few) days and want to see what others experiences have been. Has anyone out there had any experience dealing with Bethel-Marine, Rockledge, Florida? I'm interested in both good and bad experiences. Found them on the Internet. Spoke to them on the phone. Seems like a small, warm company with _really_ great prices.
