Could someone recommend a good installer Norflk VA area?

I need an electronics installer in the Norfolk area. I need an Isolation Transformer installed (Im not concerned about the AC install of that of course, that's easy, but it does require some creativity and probably fiberglass/wood base built to handle the big and heavy IT). I also need a commercial electronics/NMEA installer so Digital Yacht will provide them the software so they can change my MMSI on my AIT2000 ().

Thanks in advance for any recos!
