Conversor B&G Fastnet a NMEA?

Hi all, and thanks in advance!

I have an older B&G wind, depth, installation that is based on the Hydra 2000 and Fastnet Bus, but I do not have any FFD NMEA.

I am interested in obtaining the Fastnet bus information so that I can connect it to a Raspberry Pi with OpenPlotter, possibly via NMEA.

Would anyone be able to assist me with this?

Thank you

You haven't bothered to read your H2000 User Manual, have you ?

B&G Junction Box 386-00-023 integrates Fastnet and NMEA 183.

Steven, the junction box is just a junction box, it's not a gateway.
The set of cables (NMEA in, NMEA out and Fastnet) come out of the FFD with a single cover, and inside the junction box they are separated.

Thanks for the correction Jose Luis,

Isn't the simple solution just to find a H2000 Performance Processor or NMEA FFD, both of which have NMEA 183 connections ?

Yes, I have suggested that to the OP in the Spanish forum where he has also consulted. He can buy an FFD on Ebay as a cheaper solution.

This is a link where interesting documentation about Fastnet appears:
