Color game: Matching depth sounder transducer wires

So here is what we did and it didn't work.

Three wires from old Garmin electronics 160c were
Red White Green and two wires not used.

Suspect that Garmin ran 200/77 dual beam using Ova Transducer but website for Ova indicates many of there Transducer were 200/50

New Striker 4 electronics have four wires Red White Black and shield.

We connected
Red to red
White to white
Black to pin with previous green
Shield wire not used

Striker 4 says no Transducer found under 200/77 or 200/50 setting.

We spent 1 hour on phone with technical support to no avail. They suggest we call air max and they had no idea.

Ova was installed in Thailand and is made in China and we cannot access Transducer we just see cable with their logo.

Options

Disconnect black and wire shield where green was.

Swap red and white.
