Boost unlimited data wifi network $50 per month then drops

Unlimited data PLUS you get a phone to use.
Setup the barnacle tether app on the phone and now you have unlimited internet to a laptop.
Use your Android Phone as a Wireless Hotspot

My parents have this at home on an Android phone. The phone acts as a hotspot for wifi. It works very well. Not as fast as a cable hookup.

The price falls in time.

Re: Boost unlimited data wifi network $50 per month then drops

The problem with the phones as wifi hotspot (iPhone can do it too) is that they have limited antenna's. There are dedicated (MiFi) devices that allow for an external antenna. This multiplies the usable range.

ciao!
Nick.
