Bluetooth connection pactor modem to laptop

Modem: SCS PTC - II USB
Laptop : Dynabook

Can somebody tell how I can connect above mentioned modem to my laptop by
Means of a Bluetooth device.

The HF signal interver with the USB signal and then the sailmail program crash. All connections between radio and antenna and tuner are clean . The ground plate is also clean. This problem happened never before. This Bluetooth connection should solve that problem.
