The Marine Navigator Lite app (free) works on PlayBook and can display your BSB charts with the use of the PlayBook integrated gps function.

You need to provide the correct path to the location where you store the charts file. I put mine in misc/android/BSB_ROOT folder. So the correct path in Marine Navigator Lite under the Chart Import Root heading is /accounts/1000/shared/msic/android/BSB_ROOT
