The audio output from the M802 is either via a headphone jack on the front panel of the control panel
or via a speaker audio jack on the rear of the transceiver unit.
Plugging a headset into the audio jack on the control panel
will NOT switch off the audio output to the remote
speaker - you need to wire a separate switch (ON/OFF) into the remote
speaker circuit cable.
To answer the question:
You will be able to hear someone calling you provided the remote speaker is not switched off, irrespective if a headset is plugged into the audio jack on the front of the control panel.
