Autopilot wires and connectors help

I have a autopilot controller I need to hook up.

I have the main pos/neg power wires
I have two clutch wires
And I have a cord with the 4 wires that it uses for communication.

What wire do you recommend to extend the 4 wire cord about 15, and what is the choice for good waterproof connectors for all of this?

Thank you
