Garmin 3210 Color? and
I'm looking at
purchasing a
Garmin 3210 because of the
price. I know it is already getting old but because it can take a video input (2 actually), it may still be useful in the future. This would depend on the video quality and brightness. The spec's say it is VGA (640x480) which is fine, but it also says it is 256 color. I always thought that the amount of color was a function of the graphics card driving the
monitor and it could be here also.
Can some one tell me if it is 256 color when it is operating by itself and also confirm or deny that if driven by a computer lets say, it is true color?
Comments on the video out or anything else about the unit would also be appreciated.
