Any experience here with Engenius EUB9603H WIFI Adapter?

I am on my second EUB9603H WIFI adapter from Engenius in a year and a half. I'm wondering is it my set up or is there a problem with the product after a while. I feel like I am beating my head against a wall trying to get it to connect to the internet - it says it is connected but it certainly is not. It worked great for a few months and then nothing.

Anyone experienced with these? Maybe I should just toss what I have and buy something else?

I've got two of them. Got another one as backup when the usb started rusting on the first one. Both work well. First one is about ten years old. I used to use it with a big antenna that I hauled up a halyard but that rusted away so I just use the Engenius. Works great for what I need.

Does the one with the rusting USB still work? My USB has a bit of rust starting and I've wondered if that could be the problem.
