Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
The Marine Installer's Rant
One of my favourites... Not really a "cruisers" blog, but in Bill's words "A blog about the things boat builders do that cost you money, and other eclectic newsy musings of interest to boaters"
Sometimes useful and always entertaining. Of course if you get really bored, now that the Solitaire is back underway we are trying to keep Sailing Off The Edge updated (Shameless plug )

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
We follow two blogs.
"RAINDOG", life aboard a Pacific Searcraft 34, Brian, Erika, and Scupper, the boat dog.
"SUNDOWNER SAILS AGAIN" a Westsail 32, Tate and Dani.
Probably follow these as they are boats of similar size to ours and both are from the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
If anyone can help -- shortly after this thread started, I was going through several of the suggestions and happened upon one where the female half of the pair is preparing to teach a writing seminar during a sail training voyage in 2016.
I got all excited about it and want to look at it again, I'd love to be able to join... but don't know on which blog I saw it, have been searching for several days!!! 8-{

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
I know they've since swallowed the anchor, but Bumfuzzle's round the world trip still rates as one of my favourite reads.
We're huge fans of SV Delos as well; they've been making high quality vids for some time now and seem to have a good balance of respect for cultures they meet vs having a good ol' time.
There's also our SV Blue Calypso blog and youtube channel, tracking the 4 year rebuild of a steel schooner and subsequent trip south.... (well, back to Australia - there's only so many years a south african and australian couple can spend in England!)

If you like small boat sailing, I recently found this blog with a couple on a Falmouth Cutter 22:

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
No worries! I'm glad you liked them, going to try and squeeze the next episode out tomorrow if I'm lucky. We are editing them as quick as possible before we get back down to Mexico because the internet is so good here. Hopefully we will be all caught up by the end of November.

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
It isnt a true cruising vlog but this short series of cruiser-climbers in Greenland is really good:
And thanks to those who mentioned Team Giddyup of which I am half of. Working on our New Caledonia footage right now!

Re: Who are your favourite boat bloggers / vloggers?
I like cruisinglealea.com and svsmitty.wordpress.com but my favorite by a huge margin is www.bumfuzzle.com even though they are no longer sailing. I find their current exploits just as entertaining. I don't watch a lot of videos. I would prefer to read but do love great pictures and bumfuzzle's photography rocks.
