Vessel survey reports - scope, depth and quality of reporting

I was impressed reading samples of survey reports listed on the website linked below.

I am wondering if these reports compare to the typical survey reports that members of the Cruisers Forum have received.

It is evident that a lot of time and care was spent in recordation and documentation of the findings.

Please review and please share your comments in comparison to the prepurchase or other types of survey reports that you have commissioned.
