Various Pictures from Mexico
We're still in La Cruz (near Puerto Vallarta). Went up to anchor in Puta Mita last night. Getting ready for kiddo #2. Life is rad, in general.
Me and kiddo today coming back from Punta Mita:
Charlotte is insanely pregnant. I'm glad I singlehanded baja because I feel comfy doing everything on the boat by myself at this point. Anchoring, docking, sails, refueling, etc.
The panga fleet:
Fish everywhere:
Panga, panga, panga:
They have all kinds of markets, this is on Sundays:
One cruiser guy on S/V Calm The Seas is a fire dancer/eater guy and put on a really rad show for us all at the end of the jetty.
Schleping the kid and her surf board to the beach yesterday.
Tacos on the beach for dinner, hard to beat:

Bandaras Bay in the winter, one of my most favorite places. Happy to see all is going well for you and the family.
Thanks for the pics.
Love the blog.

Re: various pictures from mexico
La Cruz is the only place we have found so far that is on our places of living if we ever stop cruising.
If you stop by Ana Bananas for breakfast... say hello the table full of Ex Pats from Tom & Lori on Camelot

Rough dude, real rough. The temp here is 4 degrees F with a 25 mph wind.
That's ok, will be back sailing on the Gulf in May.

I'm just grateful the frost is no longer on the docks here...

What a beautiful daughter you have. Your snaps make me pine for the daze when my daughter was a little girl and her best time was hanging out with mom and dad on the boat/beach. Enjoy it, it goes very quickly and you'll miss it.
Cheers...

Thanks man. Everyone tells me how special the time is and although it seems like such a meat grinder to be a parent of little kids I know at the same time it's some of the most fun I've ever had in my life. Coupled with sailing and exploring it's really hard to state how lucky we feel.
Ten years ago if you told me I'd be on a boat with a wife and daughter, with another to be born in Mexico any day, and then sailing on a few months later, I would have laughed and walked away from you.

Re: various pictures from mexico
Thanks for posting this Eric. Our outboard died last night, seems like an ignition failure, and I had to row for 40 minutes to get the 4 of us out to the boat. I wasn't happy. Now you've made me feel lucky again.
Tacos On The Street tonight?

Yeah man, most def. They start up at 1830 I think, we need to get there early with our little one in tow. She turns into a gremlin past 2000.
You should have hailed someone man! There are a gazillion people around here that would have given you a tow or helped out. But maybe you wanted to get that awesome feeling of rowing a loaded inflatable?

Re: various pictures from mexico
We'll make it over to the dinghy dock at about 18:00 or 18:15 then. Maybe in kayaks.
