Trogir, Croatia provisioning tips?

Hi gang, Club Nautique out of Alameda CA is heading to
Trogir, Croatia for a 7-day trip in Sept of 2024, and I'm looking for provisioning source tips from experienced Trogir sailors. I'm also looking at the Hotel Trogir Palace for a couple of nights prior to departure. Any suggestions and insight you guys can provide will be gratefully accepted. I'm an experienced charterer, so I know the basics, just haven't been to Trogir before. Thanks!

I know it's too late, but maybe someone else will benefit.
The Croatian chain of stores is Konzum.
When I started from Trogir, I could order groceries online and have them delivered to the Trogir marina.

A smaller chain of stores is Studenac.

There are water currents in the Trogir marina - you need to be careful with the strong water current.
