Even if you aren't a serial killer I would be interested in hearing your stories of dealing with body disposal etc as an everyday beginner killer.
Please don't post any crew bondage ads on this thread, that's just a group of freaks. We are talking BTK issues here.

1963 23' Neverheardof Bluewater Sailboat
Everyone knows I really really want to buy a solid bluewater boat even though I'm just going to coastal cruise the Chesapeake 2 months/year. I know I've asked opinions on many models the past 5 years, but I've found a 23' 1963 Neverheadof that with just a little elbow grease will be perfect. It has been sitting in a field the past 17 years under a tree, so should only need a wash and wax. Unlike the other 23 boats I've asked about I really feel this is the ONE, what do you think of the Neverheardof?

The standard answer of course...
Get a survey
If it is right for you.
Only you really know what is right for you.
Does it "call you"?
Go for it.
Don't let the naysayers get you down.
As apposed to...
What an idiot idea.
Your'e really stupid for thinking like that.
You haven't a clue, we can tell.
OMFG
Kidding right?

I'm disappointed, you missed many of the key information items for making the decision. Based on this how could I seriously even consider your advise

The only key I noted was "will be perfect". Sorry.

Re serial killing and boats...
The tv show Dexter should give you some tips. Apparently he dumps the bodies in the Gulf stream and it takes them many miles offshore...

There was a real lesson there I paid attention to. He dumped them in the same place for years and when it was found he almost got caught. So you need to change the dump locations.

Real lessons from TV shows?
I thought cruising was partly to decouple from that nonsense.

Do I really need to invest all that money in an anchor? I'm planning on only staying in marinas.

Re: Titles we really want to see in CF
I learned something on this thread today: never get on a boat that has cinder blocks stacked on the deck.

Re: Titles we really want to see in CF
If you run your seawater engine intake through a water maker then to engine, would it be better for the engine.
Should you then change your zincs to magnesium?
