Solomon Islands Turtle Sanctuary

I recently sailed to a very remote island group where locals 20 years ago set up the Solomons first turtle sanctuary. That year they counted 45 nests and in 2017 they counted over 500, so they are doing a great job. For a week I documented Dickson, one of the guys that first started the place as he went about his duties.
