Side lights leaking

I have a 1985 Gulfstar 60..Some of the side lights are leaking(not too bad) But...Some screws will not thread...Stripped out..Any ideas on filling the screw holes in the fiberglass and using the same screws..Or other thoughts...Capt Bill

Just take flat head machine screws that fit and epoxy the nuts in place, should be to access the bow lights from inside the chain locker.

Thanks.However, the screws seem to go directly into the fiberglass..No backing nuts..BT
