Yup. Jim says, you can't help getting older, but you can stay immature!

I know what you mean SWL about having an image of the person to ponder when you write to them.

It's one of the things I like about boat pix for avatars, I imagine the person in the boat, as pictured. It gets me in trouble a bit, for instance, when their avatar is still a mono and now they have a cat!

We have had strangers to us recognize the boat and make the CF connection to us, though, a surprise, but an okay experience.

This really is a great thread... I thought I posted before, but I guess not...

Pop is not the most organized with pics after mom passed... I'm going to have to do some digging!

I've got quite a few good one's.. toddler sailor suit a la SWL... solo sabot sailing before I could ride a bike etc...

I really enjoy seeing all of the truly great pics of our youth... Thanks for sharing!
