Sales of Boatyards along ICW in GA, SC, NC, VA, or MD?

Hello, Does anybody know of any boatyards that have sold on or near the icw in ga, sc, nc, va, or md within the past 5 or so years?

Or does anybody know of boatyards currently for sale?

Fairwinds Marina sold last year. It is just off the Chesapeake on the Magothy River at the entrance to Deep Creek.

Fleming Island Marina just south of Jacksonville, Fla. is for sale. Currently the yard faciliy is leased by another yard, but I suppose lease renewal depends on the new owner. 'not on the ICW, but the active route to Green Cove Springs.
