My little Aquarius Pilot
Cutter survived
Hurricane Irma Cat 4 on a floating
dock In
Key West before I purchased her but did sustain some damage. Her rub rails and gunnel were rubbed through to the decking in places some 3-5 worth and a hole rubbed through her
hull on the port side. She has a shoe-box
deck to
hull joint. Looking for
advice on the best way to
repair her for blue-water
service. Was thinking about glassing
deck to Hull and building up the gunnel about 4 forward of the
cockpit. Any knowledgeable folk out there with suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Anyone with
experience having a composting
head on board love to hear what you think of yours. Looking to change out to add fresh
water tankage instead of hauling sewage around. Not sure if its a good idea or not.
