I assume it is probably not a polite practice to be taking passengers to the refueling
dock, however, it will add a lot of time if I drop off passengers before refueling; is this just inevitable?
In Boston harbor there are apparently only 2
fuel docks, neither of which is close to my marina. So, the process I am facing to keep
tanks full (to "avoid condensation") is:
(1) go to marina, tie up
boat, and drop off passengers
(2) untie
boat, go to
fuel dock, refuel
(3) go back to marina and tie up again
Is this pretty much the pattern? I assume I can't keep fuel cans at the marina.
