Hi, is there one good fishing book that covers each sea/ocean?

fishing for cruisers or some name such as that--dont know if it is still inprint--a copy came with my boat. names each fishie and whther it is ciguatera inclined or not.
if you wish to know how to fish, there is no real book on that.
