What does it matter? If you like the boat
make an offer. The asking price
isn't really relevant.
I bought a cabin
that had been on the market for over a year. The seller had recently raised the asking price
, but I just ignored that fact and made an offer based on what I thought it was worth relative to others in the area. We made a deal and I bought it below the original price.
They can list it at any price they want and you can offer anything you want. The two shouldn't be related.
