New tender, RIB

I’m looking for a new tender for my S/Y . Location in the MED. length about 9’ (2.70 m) For trips over 30 m. I put it always on deck and I have no davids. It should be a stable RIB, in order to step in and out safely. My former (cheap) dinghy had an inflatable bottom and was instable and after 5 years the seams dried and opened up. The new rib should have tubes of about 40-42 cm dia. I m in doubt in choosing aluminum or high pressure loose bottom. I understood that the new hard bottos are very rigid. The advantage is the lower weight! Also it should have a V-keel (inflatable?) price around 1 k€. Pls give me some advise and experience for giving some european advises of makes. F.i Vetus, zodiac cadet, plasitmo, honda, zeeper or Honwave?
Thanks for your advises?
