Just wondering if anyone knows a reliable and affordable mechanic, my sail boat has Yanmar engine and is in Hilton Head. Please let me know and will be much appreciated.

Hi there thanks for the reply

The batteries were replaced recently, the mechanic found diesel in the bilge and we had it emptied. We haven't looked for the leak yet, its could be anything from a rusty hose clamp or loose connection.

The mechanic did not start the engine or generator as the hull wasn’t clean, but we have it cleaned now and we want to make sure that all is working and good.
