Re: MarkJ Missing ?
We just had comm's with Mark. He had Sealife on the hard in Venesula for a bottom job and he's just now back in the water and is waiting for the (certain) end of the Hurricane Season before heading back to the islands and then to Cuba and, perhaps, Florida. He sends his regards to most.
FWIW...

What a great time reading all your posts!! Mark is certainly missed! I was so thrilled to stumble upon this thread because a few years back I read his blog about Sea Life then I lost my computer to a virus and just could NOT find it again (I know! But google failed) Anyway, it's like finding an old friend once again, thank you all for helping!

Re: MarkJ Missing ?
Mark isn't missing (much). He was hanging out in Venezuela for hurricane season and about now is headed "up island" for Christmas. We're in touch regularly and this Spring/Summer is planning a "Grand Tour" of the east coast of the US. The following is a note we got from him just before Thanksgiving tho' we've had other since:

Hi,

> I'm just hanging off from the forum for a while (someone upset me!) The boat has been on the hard in Venezuela getting the bottom painted and I am now back in the water waiting for the hurricane season to fully finish and then its off to St Lucia and St Martin for Christmas.

Then next year I think Cuba is on the cards then the USA, starting up the top and coming down the Inter Coastal Waterway.
>
So it may not be full civilization here but the next stops certainly will be! Yay!!

Mark's not missing - I recognized him at the bar the other night. I won't say more to respect his privacy.

Re: MarkJ Missing ?
Just tasted my first batch of Cooper's DIY Lager, recommended to us by Mark. It's easy to make and downright tasty!
Cheers, Mark!
