Malfunctioning C90w with Navionics

Since the start of 2015 our C90w plotter is not able to match with the information on the Navionics chart. Before 2015 the reading of the upgrades was well accepted, but the upgrade and also the new Navionics chart since 2015 shows shifting in the position of the buoys and other information from the original information in the plotter and the latest Navionics chart information. It shifts whilst zooming in or out. By the use of a Navionics chart older than 2015 I manage to use the plotter but this is not what I would like to see. In the meantime I have lost money on upgrades, new charts and even having the plotter send back to Ray-marine in England has not brought any solution. Is there anybody who can give me a tip on how to get the C90w working with a 2016 Navionics chart????
