I'm looking to buy a catamaran and I've been looking out a lot... and love the Fontaine Pajot cat - Helias 44 ... the Bali 4.5 to is very nice.. If you have any tips

As a new cat owner, here is my tip....
BRIDGE DECK CLEARANCE!!! (Yes, I am yelling)
The higher the better. If you are going to be in the Caribbean, minimum 1 metre. You may be hard pressed to find that on most production boats, but that's what you'll want.
