Looking for a solution to freshen the dull winch anodizing.

I have a deck full of 13 Barbarossa winches, now 31 years old, all working fine. However, the anodizing is now dull.

Does anyone have a solution to freshen the anodizing to look newish without using wax or polish?
Also, I need a suppler of some Barbarossa spare parts for self-tailers. The plastic guides have failed in some of them.

Many thanks,
Skoiern IV
