Leaving a boat on a Greek island

Can anybody tell me how feasible/easy it is to leave a yacht unattended on a public quay on a Greek island for two or three weeks in July-August?

Public docks are for touch and go , transient traffic , they are not marinas

Plenty of people do. Also not unusual to see sunken yachts at town quays. I often see pulled crossed anchors at town quays so I wouldn't leave mine there unattended during the busy morning departure period.

Guardianage for a small cost is available some places. Mooring or good anchor out would be safer than town Quay IMHO.
