Large quantity of boats

Does it seem like there are a significant amount of boats for sale in our classified section currently? I clicked through and could not believe the number of vessels awaiting new owners! Does this happen at this time every year? Is this a sign of economic change? Very interesting!

Just sold Ocean Girl, still haven't come to terms with it. But we were selling because too many boats.
But I think the main theme is the market. Though I'm surprised more people don't get rid of the money sucking house and live aboard. But maybe that is just me
