Hull refinish

I have a 2013 Keywest WA21 with blue hull. Lots of use and dock rub have left the hull scuffed and dull. Is there a way to revitalize or is a complete hull surface refinish necessary. The gel coat does have some scratches. I live in parry sound ontario and a recommended boat works to do a refinish would be appreciated.

Chalky or dinged? If it's chalky from age, you can buff off the outer layer with rubbing compound and then wax it. Try this site for guidance:
