How to rig wishbones ?

The new boat I bought is rigged with wishbones.

The previous owner died 3 years before I bought the boat.

After a bad start, I now have to rerig the main while waiting to have money to order a new mizzen.

I would like that all lines come back to the cockpit. I have only one winch wich is located mid-stern. (see pic, sorry about the mess)

I think a double lines reeefing system would be better than a single one.

Do anybody have a diagram or some pictures on how to rig wishbones ?

How do you determine the size of the blocks needed ?

Any help will be appreciated.
