In that case, the hoses are most likely kinked, though it is possible for the problem to be a blockage in the faucet spout. Most galley faucets have swing spouts. You should be able to unscrew the part that holds the spout into the faucet body (usually called a bonnet), and remove the spout, taking care not to damage the O-rings. Then carefully open either cold or hot and see if you get full flow. If yes, the issue is inside the spout. If not, then you're going to have to trace the hoses to find the kinks, most likely in the wall or bulkhead between the galley and shower.

Another approach would be to shut off the water at the source and remove one of the hoses from the faucet inlet, direct hose into a bucket, and turn on the water source.
