How my dad learned to love the boat life!

Back in March my dad got to come to Tacoma from Montana and visit.

When I bought my boat he hated the idea and went as far as demanding that I sell it.

After this trip he totally changed his mind!

Nick, that looks like a really fine day with your dad. I’m sure he now understands a little better why you are on this voyage even though it’s not his thing. And to share with him your first major voyage across to Seattle was a special gift to you both. Knowing that our dads aren’t around forever, it is wonderful to have days like that to share while you can.

He has even been talking about getting his own boat now, I love it!
